When you purchase a home from Terry • Peterson Residential Companies, our commitment to the customer begins at the first point of contact and continues through the 10-Year, Home Warranty/Insurance policy that comes with each home. You will have the opportunity to tour your home with the site superintendent during three different Home Orientations designed to educate on the proper operation and maintenance of your new home. And our 300 point CCI checklist (Construction Compliance Inspection) ensures that every home is built to exacting standards.

At contract, you will receive a personalized webpage where you can access your purchase agreement and construction documents and where you can receive updates on construction progress as you move closer to the settlement date. But that doesn’t take the place of the personalized service and ongoing communication provided by our sales associates at every step of the process.

Once you have become a resident in one of our communities, our 30-Day and 11-Month home inspections keep your home under our care through the first critical year of ownership. We have an attentive staff charged with acting on your concerns in concert with our Trade Partners.
