Model Information

The Quarters of York County is a 68-home community within a Homeowners Association form of ownership. There are four town homes to a building and each home pivots around a center axis, giving each home an "end unit" feel. The Quarters is in a "Builder Closeout" with only four opportunities remaining to join this smaller, quiet community. Our remaining homes are represented by our Moore model. This model type features a one-car garage, Living Room, Dining Room, Powder Room and Eat-In Kitchen on the first floor, with the Master Bedroom and secondary bedroom on the 2nd floor. You can either have a Sitting Room off the Master Bedroom, or you can turn this room into Bedroom #3. There is a small, fenced-in privacy area to the front of the home.
