This new retail center is designed as part of a 148 acre live-work-play environment centrally located within the Hampton Roads metro area. Hampton Roads Crossing lies at the northeast corner of the intersection of the Western Freeway (Route 164) and College Drive in Suffolk, known as an emerging technology corridor and is home to USJFCOM and VMASC. This development was designed to be pedestrian friendly, encouraging its residents and office users to be outside enjoying all that it has to offer. The residential area of Hampton Roads Crossing will offer affordable townhomes and single-family, detached homes in a traditional setting.
