Terry Gearhart

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Terry Gearhart, MIRM, is the VP of Sales and Marketing, having joined the company in 1999. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University. He is responsible for management and training of our field sales team and art direction for, and implementation of, all marketing and promotional campaigns. He entered the building industry in 1979 as a construction superintendent for two local companies and later ran his own construction and development firm before shifting into sales and marketing. He served as the New Home Director for two area real estate firms and as new home consultant to the Better Homes and Gardens national franchise for two years in addition to having a consulting company. He was the NAHB Region 3 Sales Manager of the Year in 1990. Prior to joining the company, Terry served as a Director of Energy Efficiency for Dominion Virginia Power, consulting on energy efficient building techniques. Terry is a certified instructor for NAHB and is the 2007/2008 Chairperson of the New Homes Council of HRRA.
