Andy Herr

Vice President of Land Development

Andy is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and North Carolina and is a member of the American Society of Professional Engineers. Prior to joining Terry•Peterson Residential Companies in 2000, Andy worked as a Consulting Engineer on a variety of private commercial and residential as well as public development projects. During his 20 years of experience in the land development industry, in addition to the communities developed by Terry•Peterson Residential Companies, Andy has worked on projects such as Ford’s Colony at Williamsburg, Kingsmill on the James, The College of William and Mary, Christopher Newport University Performing Arts Center, Marriott’s Manor Club at Ford’s Colony, Burbage Grant at Harbour View, and The Governor’s Land at Two Rivers. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Land Development and is responsible for managing all land development operations for Terry•Peterson Residential Companies from due diligence through final construction.
